He supports province-wide innovation strategy, organizational performance, and the advancement of research, commercialization, and scaling initiatives across Alberta.

Zachary Barker is a Certified Economic Developer and serves as Director of Entrepreneurship at the International Economic Development Council. He serves entrepreneur ecosystem builders and economic development leaders across the U.S. and internationally towards advancing entrepreneurship-led economic development as a primary strategy.

Hon. George Opare Addo, Esq., is Ghana’s first Minister for Youth Development and Empowerment, appointed in 2025 by President John Dramani Mahama. A lawyer and experienced public servant, he is serving his second term as the National Youth Organizer of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), where he has promoted innovative youth-led strategies, including the historic launch of Ghana’s first Youth Manifesto.

Mariette Mulaire was appointed to the Bank of Canada’s Board of Directors in June 2018. Born in St-Pierre-Jolys, Manitoba, Ms. Mulaire holds a national designation with the Canadian Institute of Management (CIM) as a Professional Manager and earned the Certified International Trade Professional (CITP) designation from the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT).
