Terms & Conditions for Complimentary Ticket Holders

We are happy to welcome you to our event

1. Ticket Validity

Complimentary tickets grant access to general admission areas of the GED Summit only. These tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. GED Summit reserves the right to verify the identity of ticket holders upon check-in.

2. Food and Beverage Policy

Complimentary ticket holders may not be entitled to complimentary meals or beverages during the summit. Food and beverage services are available on-site at an additional cost, unless otherwise specified. Select networking receptions or sessions may include refreshments, subject to availability and capacity.

3. Program Access

Complimentary tickets include access to mainstage sessions, panels, and exhibitions unless specified otherwise. Certain workshops, VIP sessions, or networking events may require pre-registration or a paid upgrade.

4. Photography and Media

By attending the GED Summit, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed for promotional and archival purposes. GED Summit retains the right to use such media for marketing and communications across digital and print platforms.

5. Code of Conduct

All attendees must uphold a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment throughout the event. GED Summit reserves the right to revoke access to anyone who violates the event’s code of conduct.

6. Event Changes

GED Summit reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, and venue without prior notice. Complimentary tickets do not entitle the holder to compensation in the event of such changes.

7. Liability Waiver

By attending the event, attendees agree that the GED Council and its partners are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the summit.
